Marketing and Communication Assistant 


Tecnam is seeking a Marketing and Communication Assistant to support the Marketing team, developing and executing our company’s marketing strategies, enhance our communication strategy and promotional efforts by conducting market research, dealing with offline/online editors creating marketing deliverables and organizing international trade shows participation.

As a Marketing and Communication Assistant  at Tecnam, you will work with the Marketing Manager in the daily marketing operating routine. You will assist the marketing team by performing a variety of tasks, such as liaising with tradeshow organizers and booth building organizations, writing ad copy, defining target audiences for different marketing initiatives, editing marketing materials, controlling merchandise selection and most importantly you will play a vital role in the communication activities by writing Press Releases and looking after the advertising contracts with magazines and online blogs.

As part of your duties, you will also track projects and assist in standardizing marketing materials. If you have an educational background in marketing, the ability to use Office at high levels (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and outstanding verbal and written communication skills to cover the communication dedicated part of the role.


  • Assist with tasks needed to keep the client projects and campaigns running smoothly
  • Support the production of marketing materials
  • Update advertising copy, reports, and presentations
  • Produce and edit Press Releases and corporate announcements
  • Produce Company Presentations and informative materials
  • Conduct market research to define target audiences for different products/services and create buyer personas
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify industry best practices that will help us optimize existing campaigns and ensure the success of future ones
  • Write email subject lines, QA email copy, and set up email campaigns
  • Track projects and team activities and assist in standardizing marketing materials
  • Cooperate with the purchasing department for the acquisition and definition of new merchandise


  • Degree in Marketing or Communication Studies is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Ability to create spreadsheets and powerpoints
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (High proficiency in English is a MUST)
  • Experience in communication roles is preferable


Level and RAL will be assessed based on the candidate’s experience
Working Hours: Full-time, from Monday to Friday 8.30/13.00 – 13.30/17.00
